Outreach - Adults
We provide one hour per week of in home support to adults who have a developmental disability and dual diagnosis who are experiencing social, emotional and/or behavioural challenges. Adults must be connected to PDD, Persons with Developmental Disabilities, to be eligible for this free service. We can help with things like: creating structure and routine, safety, anger management, social skills, sexuality, learning problem solving and decision making skills. We work alongside individuals, their families and allies to assist them with meeting their identified goals as outlined above.
